If You Purchased Certain TGI FRIDAYS® Brand Shelf-Stable (i.e. not frozen or refrigerated) Bagged Snack Food Products Between January 1, 2017 And July 31, 2022, Your Rights May Be Affected And You May Be Eligible To Receive A Cash Payment From A Class Action Settlement.

A Federal Court authorized this Notice.  This is not a solicitation from a lawyer.

  • A proposed nationwide Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit involving certain TGI Fridays brand products. The Settlement resolves litigation over, among other things, whether Inventure allegedly violated laws regarding the labeling, licensing, promotion, marketing, and advertising of certain TGI Fridays brand products.
  • You may be eligible to participate in the proposed Settlement and receive a payment of up to $6.00 per household, if you purchased certain TGI Fridays branded products between January 1, 2017 and July 31, 2022.
  • The Settlement will provide cash payments of up to $6.00 per household to those who qualify.  You must submit a Claim Form to be eligible to receive a payment from the Settlement.
  • Your legal rights are affected whether you act, or don’t act. Read the Notice carefully.

Your Legal Rights and Options in This Settlement

Object by August 22, 2023
If you do not exclude yourself from the Settlement, you may object to it by writing to the Court about why you think the Settlement is unfair, inadequate, or unreasonable.

Go to a Hearing on October 30, 2023
You may object to the Settlement and ask the Court for permission to speak about the fairness of the Settlement at the Fairness Hearing.

Do Nothing

Get no payment. Give up rights to ever sue the Defendant about the legal claims in this case.
  • These rights and options—and the deadlines to exercise them—are explained in the Notice. The deadlines may be moved, canceled, or otherwise modified, so please check the Settlement Website regularly for updates and further details.
  • The Court in charge of this case still has to decide whether to approve the Settlement. Payments will be made if the Court approves the Settlement and after any appeals are resolved. Please be patient.
